Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Kyvernio, the website kyvernio.com and the application at app.kyvernio.com. Kyvernio is provided by ATH Development, the trade name of Georgios Athanasopoulos, sole trader, VAT number EL160354270, Athens, Greece ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Kyvernio connects to advertising, analytics and website tools you choose (such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Merchant Center and Business Profile), shows their data, alerts you about problems, prepares suggestions, reports and campaign drafts with the help of AI, and makes changes in those tools when you approve them or allow them within limits you set.
Kyvernio is in early access. Features may change, and some may be added, limited or removed as the service develops.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- An account is either an agency account (for managing clients) or a business account (for one business). The account owner decides who joins the team and with which role.
- You must be at least 18 and use Kyvernio for business purposes.
3. Connected accounts
- You may only connect accounts that you own or that you are authorised to manage. Agencies confirm they have their clients' permission to connect and manage their accounts through Kyvernio.
- Your use of each connected tool remains subject to that provider's own terms and policies, for example Google's advertising policies.
- You can disconnect any account at any time.
4. AI suggestions and changes
- Kyvernio's analysis, answers and suggestions are generated with AI and may be incomplete or wrong. Check them before relying on them.
- By default, any change that affects ad spend needs approval from a person in your account. Automatic actions run only if you switch them on, and only within the limits you set.
- Kyvernio never raises spend on its own, never deletes anything on its own and publishes new campaigns paused.
- You remain responsible for your advertising, your budgets and the results of changes you approve or allow. Every change is logged in your account, and we offer an undo where the connected tool makes it possible.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Kyvernio to break the law or a provider's policies, to access accounts without permission, to interfere with the service or its security, to send spam, or to resell the service without our written agreement.
6. Prices and AI credits
Business accounts are free, with limits. Agency plans and AI credit packs will be charged at the prices shown in the app before you buy. During early access the service may be offered free of charge. Unused AI credits do not expire while your account is open and are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Each AI task shows its credit cost before it runs. Invoices are issued according to Greek law.
7. Your data
Your data and the data from your connected accounts remain yours. We use it only to provide Kyvernio, as described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf (for example data of your clients), we act as your processor and follow your instructions.
8. Availability
We work to keep Kyvernio available and secure but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Connected tools may change their APIs or limits, which can affect what Kyvernio can do.
9. Liability
Kyvernio is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue or advertising spend, or for decisions you make based on Kyvernio's output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending the service
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. After closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell account owners by email at least 14 days before it applies. Continuing to use Kyvernio after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
